Mood Journal {Hyper for Five Days Straight}

Day: February 3 Wednesday 2016
Certain Emotion on Time of Day: pain in the morning and a bit in the afternoon, hyper morning to afternoon
Weather: 44˚-57˚
What I ate
-Morning: donut 9:35AM
-Noon: fruit loops cereal 3:25PM
-Night: pizza 9:45PM
-Snack: brownie thing from pizza place 10:00PM
Menstrual: started this morning/last night
Who I was with: 8:00AM-8:45AM parents, 9:00AM-12:40PM friends and ex’s, 12:45PM-1:50PM class, 1:50PM-6:30PM babysitting
When I was alone:
Stressors [depressed]: period (really bad cramps)
Contributors [happy]: apologized to ex’s, got out of class early, got off work early
Dreams: can’t remember
Sleep: 10:45PM, woke up several times in the night and morning, especially around 3AM and 7AM

What I feel: I have been extremely energetic all morning, despite insomnia, been spamming my ma with text up all morning and noon. Besides period cramps, I've been hyper and relatively good mood. Probably was spamming my ma a bit much. Talked and apologized to my ex's. Got out of work and class early. Feel like I should be doing something productive though. Been wanting to work on, start, or continue like all these different projects, my body can’t keep up with my head. I had moments when I felt tired, but still very active, awake, and hyper. I almost forgot to do my daily mood charts today, and completely forgot them yesterday.
